Sc teacher posts to be created

Agartala, Aug 01, 2010 : Altogether more 339 teachers for ‘Total Literacy Campaign (Sarva Shiskha Abijan) would be recruited in the current financial year, said Tapan Chakraborty, School Education Minister.

Chakraborty said, soon the School Education department would create more posts of science teacher.

He said, after the creation of the posts the recruitment process would start.

Additional fund has already been received from the Union government for infrastructure development of ‘National Secondary Education campaign’, said Chakraborty

He also said, altogether 230 senior basic schools under North and Dhalai districts of the state will come under the purview of Autonomous District Administration.
